Shipping Policy

When will my order be delivered?

- Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receiving the order. Delivery takes between 2-7 business days. Delivery time may vary

- We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders

- Shipping fee on Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: Rs. 50

Can I request delivery to an international shipping address?

At the moment, LIFESPEED only delivers within India.

Are there any charges for returns and exchanges?

The first exchange is done without an additional fee. For further exchanges or in the case of a return post an exchange, there will be a charge of Rs. 50. In case of returns, the shipping cost will not be refunded. For more information on the return and exchange policy, click here

Shipping & Delivery

All Products purchased from the Website shall be delivered to the User by LIFESPEED through a logistics partner or by the LIFESPEED themselves.

All deliveries where applicable shall be made on a best efforts basis, and while the Website will endeavor to deliver the Products on the dates intimated, the Website disclaims any claims or liabilities arising from any delay in this regard.

In case of cash on delivery ("COD") orders, a nominal fee may be charged on all COD orders. The COD charge can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails. This charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped. The logistics partner supported by LIFESPEED will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, LIFESPEED reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

An estimated delivery time shall be displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia: bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, other unforeseen circumstances.

Return/size exchange should be initiated within 15 days of order delivery. The tags on the product should be intact. The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging. The Website shall not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering the Products including any damage or loss caused to the Products.

If you have not received your order even after getting a "Product Delivered" notification from us or our delivery partner, kindly raise a dispute by sending us an email on info@golifespeed.con within 60 hours of getting the delivery notification. Any disputes raised beyond this duration will not be entertained.
